The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm-page_alloc-remove-prefetchw-on-freeing-page-to-buddy-system-v2
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-page_alloc-remove-prefetchw-on-freeing-page-to-buddy-system-v2.patch

This patch was dropped because it was nacked
