- kvm-move-find_vmx_entry-to-vmxc.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     KVM: Move find_vmx_entry() to vmx.c
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kvm-move-find_vmx_entry-to-vmxc.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
