The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/page_alloc: clear PageBuddy using __ClearPageBuddy() for bad pages
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-page_alloc-clear-pagebuddy-using-__clearpagebuddy-for-bad-pages.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Let's stop using page_mapcount_reset() and clear PageBuddy using
__ClearPageBuddy() instead.
