- spidernet-rx-chain-tail.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     spidernet: RX Chain tail
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     spidernet-rx-chain-tail.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged
