The quilt patch titled
Subject: cpumask: make core headers including cpumask_types.h where possible
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
cpumask-make-core-headers-including-cpumask_typesh-where-possible.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-nonmm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Now that cpumask types are split out to a separate smaller header, many
frequently included core headers may switch to using it.
