The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/memory-failure: move some function declarations into internal.h
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-memory-failure-move-some-function-declarations-into-internalh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

There are some functions only used inside mm.  Move them into internal.h.
