The quilt patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-memory-failure-remove-confusing-initialization-to-count.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

It's meaningless and confusing to init local variable count to 1. Remove
it. No functional change intended.
