The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/hugetlb: drop node_alloc_noretry from alloc_fresh_hugetlb_folio
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-hugetlb-drop-node_alloc_noretry-from-alloc_fresh_hugetlb_folio.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Since commit d67e32f26713 ("hugetlb: restructure pool allocations"), the
parameter node_alloc_noretry from alloc_fresh_hugetlb_folio() is not used,
so drop it.
