The quilt patch titled
     Subject: doc-split-bufferrst-out-of-api-summaryrst-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     doc-split-bufferrst-out-of-api-summaryrst-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into doc-split-bufferrst-out-of-api-summaryrst.patch
