- clocksource-add-usage-of-config_sysfs.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     clocksource: add usage of CONFIG_SYSFS
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     clocksource-add-usage-of-config_sysfs.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
