The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm: convert pagecache_isize_extended to use a folio
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-convert-pagecache_isize_extended-to-use-a-folio.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Remove four hidden calls to compound_head().  Also exit early if the
filesystem block size is >= PAGE_SIZE instead of just equal to PAGE_SIZE.
