The quilt patch titled
     Subject: khugepaged: convert alloc_charge_hpage to alloc_charge_folio
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     khugepaged-convert-alloc_charge_hpage-to-alloc_charge_folio.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Both callers want to deal with a folio, so return a folio from this
function.
