The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm-vmalloc-fix-lockdep-warning-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-vmalloc-fix-lockdep-warning-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-vmalloc-fix-lockdep-warning.patch
