- update-maintainers-with-rtc-linux-maling-list-info.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     update MAINTAINERS with rtc-linux mailing list info
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     update-maintainers-with-rtc-linux-maling-list-info.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
