The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/zsmalloc: remove the deferred free mechanism
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-zsmalloc-remove-the-deferred-free-mechanism.patch

This patch was dropped because it had testing failures

Since the only user of kick_deferred_free() has gone, remove all the
deferred mechanism related code.
