- remove-mtd-jffs2-userh.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     remove mtd/jffs2-user.h
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     remove-mtd-jffs2-userh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was nacked by the maintainer

- depends on userspace providing a variable "target_endian"

mtd-utils already has a copy of this file.
