[merged mm-stable] mm-rmap-convert-page_dup_file_rmap-to-folio_dup_file_rmap_.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/rmap: convert page_dup_file_rmap() to folio_dup_file_rmap_[pte|ptes|pmd]()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-rmap-convert-page_dup_file_rmap-to-folio_dup_file_rmap_.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Let's convert page_dup_file_rmap() like the other rmap functions.  As
there is only a single caller, convert that single caller right away and
remove page_dup_file_rmap().

Add folio_dup_file_rmap_ptes() right away, we want to perform rmap baching
during fork() soon.
