has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     md-allow-reads-that-have-bypassed-the-cache-to-be-retried-on-failure-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into md-allow-reads-that-have-bypassed-the-cache-to-be-retried-on-failure.patch
