The patch titled
     KVM: move the vmx segment field definitions to vmx.c
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kvm-move-the-vmx-segment-field-definitions-to-vmxc.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into kvm-userspace-interface.patch
