The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm: memcg: add per-memcg zswap writeback stat (fix)
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-memcg-add-per-memcg-zswap-writeback-stat-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-memcg-add-per-memcg-zswap-writeback-stat.patch
