The patch titled
     Subject: mm: remove page_add_new_anon_rmap and lru_cache_add_inactive_or_unevictable
has been added to the -mm mm-unstable branch.  Its filename is
     mm-remove-page_add_new_anon_rmap-and-lru_cache_add_inactive_or_unevictable.patch

This patch will shortly appear at
     https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/25-new.git/tree/patches/mm-remove-page_add_new_anon_rmap-and-lru_cache_add_inactive_or_unevictable.patch

This patch will later appear in the mm-unstable branch at
    git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed

All callers have now been converted to folio_add_new_anon_rmap() and
folio_add_lru_vma() so we can remove the wrapper.
