The quilt patch titled
     Subject: fs-proc-task_mmu-report-soft_dirty-bits-through-the-pagemap_scan-ioctl-v3
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fs-proc-task_mmu-report-soft_dirty-bits-through-the-pagemap_scan-ioctl-v3.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into fs-proc-task_mmu-report-soft_dirty-bits-through-the-pagemap_scan-ioctl.patch
