[merged mm-hotfixes-stable] mm-memoryc-zap_pte_range-print-bad-swap-entry.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/memory.c:zap_pte_range() print bad swap entry
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-memoryc-zap_pte_range-print-bad-swap-entry.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-hotfixes-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

We have a report of this WARN() triggering.  Let's print the offending
swp_entry_t to help diagnosis.
