[merged] elf-maintainers-specifically-mention-elf.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: ELF, MAINTAINERS: specifically mention ELF
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     elf-maintainers-specifically-mention-elf.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
