[merged mm-stable] ufs-add-ufs_get_locked_folio-and-ufs_put_locked_folio.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: ufs: add ufs_get_locked_folio and ufs_put_locked_folio
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ufs-add-ufs_get_locked_folio-and-ufs_put_locked_folio.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Convert the _page variants to call them.  Saves a few hidden calls to
compound_head().
