The quilt patch titled
     Subject: sched: remove wait bookmarks
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     sched-remove-wait-bookmarks.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

There are no users of wait bookmarks left, so simplify the wait
code by removing them.
