- annotate-some-variables-in-vesafb.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     annotate some variables in vesafb driver as __read_mostly
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     annotate-some-variables-in-vesafb.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
