The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm-page_alloc-remove-pcppage-migratetype-caching-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-page_alloc-remove-pcppage-migratetype-caching-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it is obsolete
