Subject: parisc: implement the new page table range API
Date: Wed, 2 Aug 2023 16:13:48 +0100

Add set_ptes(), update_mmu_cache_range(), flush_dcache_folio() and
flush_icache_pages().  Change the PG_arch_1 (aka PG_dcache_dirty) flag
from being per-page to per-folio.
