[merged mm-stable] mm-remove-free_compound_page-and-the-compound_page_dtors-array.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm: remove free_compound_page() and the compound_page_dtors array
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-remove-free_compound_page-and-the-compound_page_dtors-array.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

The only remaining destructor is free_compound_page().  Inline it into
destroy_large_folio() and remove the array it used to live in.
