[merged mm-nonmm-stable] scripts-gdb-utils-add-common-type-usage.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: scripts/gdb/utils: add common type usage
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     scripts-gdb-utils-add-common-type-usage.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-nonmm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Since we often use 'unsigned long', 'size_t', 'usigned int'
and 'struct page', we add these common types to utils.
