[merged mm-stable] writeback-remove-redundant-checks-for-root-memcg.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: writeback: remove redundant checks for root memcg
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     writeback-remove-redundant-checks-for-root-memcg.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

The check for root memcg will be done in wb_get_lookup(), so remove the
redundant one to simplify the code.
