The quilt patch titled
     Subject: nmi_backtrace-allow-excluding-an-arbitrary-cpu-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     nmi_backtrace-allow-excluding-an-arbitrary-cpu-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into nmi_backtrace-allow-excluding-an-arbitrary-cpu.patch
