The quilt patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-handle-swap-and-numa-pte-faults-under-the-vma-lock.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Move the FAULT_FLAG_VMA_LOCK check down in handle_pte_fault(). This is
probably not a huge win in its own right, but is a nicely separable bit
from the next patch.
