The quilt patch titled
Subject: kasan, doc: note kasan.fault=panic_on_write behaviour for async modes
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
kasan-doc-note-kasanfault=panic_on_write-behaviour-for-async-modes.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Note the behaviour of kasan.fault=panic_on_write for async modes, since
all asynchronous faults will result in panic (even if they are reads).
