The quilt patch titled
Subject: mm/vmalloc: vmalloc_to_page() use pte_offset_kernel()
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-vmalloc-vmalloc_to_page-use-pte_offset_kernel.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

vmalloc_to_page() was using pte_offset_map() (followed by pte_unmap()),
but it's intended for userspace page tables: prefer pte_offset_kernel().
