has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
watchdog-hardlockup-add-comments-to-touch_nmi_watchdog-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into watchdog-hardlockup-add-comments-to-touch_nmi_watchdog.patch
