The patch titled
move kallsyms data to .rodata
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
move-kallsyms-data-to-rodata.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Kallsyms data is never written to, so it can as well benefit from
CONFIG_DEBUG_RODATA.
