The quilt patch titled
     Subject: txt-mm-khugepaged-write-lock-vma-while-collapsing-a-huge-page-fix-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-khugepaged-write-lock-vma-while-collapsing-a-huge-page-fix-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-khugepaged-write-lock-vma-while-collapsing-a-huge-page.patch
