[merged mm-stable] floppy-fix-max_order-usage.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: floppy: fix MAX_ORDER usage
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     floppy-fix-max_order-usage.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

MAX_ORDER is not inclusive: the maximum allocation order buddy allocator
can deliver is MAX_ORDER-1.

Fix MAX_ORDER usage in floppy code.

Also allocation buffer exactly PAGE_SIZE << MAX_ORDER bytes is okay. Fix
MAX_LEN check.
