The quilt patch titled
     Subject: kasan, x86: don't rename memintrinsics in uninstrumented files
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kasan-x86-dont-rename-memintrinsics-in-uninstrumented-files.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-hotfixes-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Now that memcpy/memset/memmove are no longer overridden by KASAN, we can
just use the normal symbol names in uninstrumented files.

Drop the preprocessor redefinitions.
