[merged mm-stable] sh-initialize-max_mapnr.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: sh: initialize max_mapnr
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     sh-initialize-max_mapnr.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

sh never initializes max_mapnr which is used by the generic implementation
of pfn_valid().

Initialize max_mapnr with set_max_mapnr() in sh::paging_init().
