[merged mm-stable] shmem-fix-w=1-build-warnings-with-config_shmem=n.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: shmem: fix W=1 build warnings with CONFIG_SHMEM=n
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     shmem-fix-w=1-build-warnings-with-config_shmem=n.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

With W=1 and CONFIG_SHMEM=n, shmem.c functions have no prototypes so the
compiler emits warnings.
