- winbond-ide-depends-on-idedma.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     winbond IDE depends on IDEDMA
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     winbond-ide-depends-on-idedma.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Move the option into the IDEDMA section.
