[merged mm-stable] mm-compaction-check-if-a-page-has-been-captured-before-draining-pcp-pages.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm, compaction: check if a page has been captured before draining PCP pages
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-compaction-check-if-a-page-has-been-captured-before-draining-pcp-pages.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

If a page has been captured then draining is unnecssary so check first for
a captured page.
