The quilt patch titled
     Subject: khugepage: replace lru_cache_add() with folio_add_lru()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     khugepage-replace-lru_cache_add-with-folio_add_lru.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Replaces some calls with their folio equivalents.  This is in preparation
for the removal of lru_cache_add().  This replaces 3 calls to
compound_head() with 1.
