The quilt patch titled
Subject: linux/init.h: include <linux/build_bug.h> and <linux/stringify.h>
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
linux-inith-include-linux-build_bugh-and-linux-stringifyh.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-nonmm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm
