[merged mm-stable] mm-add-knob-sys-class-bdi-bdi-max_bytes.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm: add knob /sys/class/bdi/<bdi>/max_bytes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-add-knob-sys-class-bdi-bdi-max_bytes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

This adds the new knob max_bytes to specify a dirty memory limit for the
corresponding bdi. The specified bytes value is converted to a ratio.
