[merged mm-nonmm-stable] ia64-update-config-files.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: ia64: update config files
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ia64-update-config-files.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-nonmm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Clean up config files by:
  - removing configs that were deleted in the past
  - removing configs not in tree and without recently pending patches
  - adding new configs that are replacements for old configs in the file
