[merged mm-stable] mm-memory_hotplug-remove-obsolete-generic_free_nodedata.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm, memory_hotplug: remove obsolete generic_free_nodedata()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-memory_hotplug-remove-obsolete-generic_free_nodedata.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Commit 390511e1476e ("mm, memory_hotplug: drop arch_free_nodedata") drops
the last caller of generic_free_nodedata().  Remove it too.
